About Me
I started practicing yoga many years ago, and it’s been an important part of my life ever since. I kept coming back to the practice, as it really helped me find more mental and physical alignment.
By practicing yoga, I was better able to manage the stress and anxiety that often overtook my life as someone leading a hectic lifestyle. I walked out of every yoga class feeling balanced and aligned. Along with its mental and emotional benefits, a consistent yoga practice also helped me gain more physical strength and flexibility.
Over time, yoga began to illuminate the parts of myself that needed healing, and helped me become so much more self aware. And awareness is where change can truly begin.
I embarked on my teacher trainings as I wanted to share the beauty of this impactful practice with others. Over the years, I’ve expanded my practice and teachings, as I’ve continued to delve deeper into the philosophy of yoga, and the healing practices of meditation, mindfulness, and energy healing.
I am deeply passionate about the philosophy of yoga, healing modalities, and mindfulness meditation. I consider myself a forever learner, wanting to share all my valuable learning lessons with my students.
My mission
We all face uncertainty, stress, and challenging times in our lives. Yoga and other healing practices are designed to help you find alignment through balancing the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. These practices are wonderful tools to help ground us and cultivate a more equanimous mind amidst all of life’s ups and downs. My mission is to create a safe space for practitioners to connect with themselves and heal both on and off the mat.

200 hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Certification from Trimurti Yoga in Goa, India
100 hour Yin Yoga and Chinese Meridians Teacher Certification from Adam Stonebraker organized by Exhale Yoga Retreats in Bali, Indonesia
70 hour Soulful Yin Yoga and Meridians Teacher Certification with Annie Au
Meditation
My yoga trainings and meditation practice have informed my current teachings. I have also completed an online mindfulness training with Thich Naht Hanh.
Energy Healing
I have completed Levels 1 & 2 of Coalescence Healing Usui Reiki.
