“I began practicing yoga with Tatiana once a week. My husband and I would do the class together and we enjoyed it so much that we added another class bringing our weekly routine up to 2 classes. I honestly look forward to them so much. It is the only time of the week where we would take a break from our busy schedules and sit in beautiful stillness, with our practice.
